Who we are

Noorani Networks is a digital agency and trading education institute based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, operating since 2023. We also run Noorani University of Emerging Technologies (NUET).

This policy covers nooraninetworks.com and every form on it. If you contact us, enrol in a program, or apply for a job, this is what happens to your information.

What we collect

We only ask for what a given form actually needs. Nothing on this site collects data quietly in the background beyond standard analytics.

Payment reference (we do not store card numbers — see below)

This is the most sensitive data on the site. It is stored so that only an authenticated administrator can read it — no visitor, applicant or other user can retrieve it, not even their own submission.

What we do with it

Reply to your enquiry and send you the information you asked for.
Enrol you in a program, give you access, and keep your place in a batch.
Assess your job or internship application and contact you if you are shortlisted.
Understand which pages people find useful, so we can improve them.

What we will never do

We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anyone.
We do not share your CNIC, address or phone number with third parties.
We do not use your details to sign you up to anything you did not ask for.

Payments

We do not collect or store card numbers, CVVs or bank credentials on this website. Payments are arranged directly with our team, and any card processing is handled by the payment provider, not by us.

Anyone asking you for your card PIN, OTP or full card number in our name is not us. Do not give it to them.

Where your data is stored

Our website data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), operated by Google. Google's servers may be located outside Pakistan, which means your data may be processed abroad. Access is restricted by security rules and requires an authenticated administrator account.

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. It sets cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and consultation requests: up to 2 years, then deleted.
Job and internship applications: up to 1 year from the date you applied, unless you are hired.
Student records: for as long as you hold access to a program, plus the period we are required to keep certification records.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email us and we will act on it within 30 days.

If you applied for a job and want your application (including your CNIC) removed, just say so — we will delete the record.

Children

This site and our programs are not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted their details to us, contact us and we will remove them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
