Refund Policy

When you can get your money back, when you cannot, and why.

The short version

NUET programs: 7 days to change your mind, if you have consumed less than 20% of the content.
Agency services: the advance is not refundable, because the work and the resourcing start immediately.
Unspent ad budget is always yours and always comes back.

NUET programs & courses

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
This applies only if you have accessed less than 20% of the program content. Beyond that, the material has effectively been delivered.
For live batches, the 7-day window ends the day the batch starts. Once a live batch has begun, the seat is yours and cannot be refunded.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days, back to the method you paid with. Any transaction fee charged by the payment provider is deducted.

Agency services

Agency work is not a product on a shelf. The moment you confirm, we assign people, block calendar time, and turn other work away. That cost is incurred before you see a deliverable, which is why the advance is not refundable.

Advances and deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel mid-project, you pay for the work completed up to that point. Anything not yet started is not charged.
Milestone payments already released cover work already delivered and are not refunded.

Ad spend is different — and it is yours

Your advertising budget is not our fee. It is your money, passed through to Meta, Google or whichever platform you are running on.

Anything already spent on the platform is gone — we cannot recover it and neither can they. Anything left unspent in your account comes straight back to you. We will always show you the numbers.

What is never refundable

Losses from trading. We teach; we do not guarantee profit, and a loss in the market is not grounds for a refund of tuition.
Third-party fees: Meta and Google ad spend already delivered, Shopify subscriptions, domains, hosting, paid themes and plugins.
Course access that has been shared, resold or redistributed. That ends your access without refund.
A change of mind after the windows above have closed.

When we will refund you in full

We are not looking to keep money we did not earn. You get everything back, no argument, if:

You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount.
We failed to deliver the service at all.
We cancelled your batch or engagement and could not offer you an acceptable alternative.

How to request a refund

Email info@nooraninetworks.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 370 6452842 with your name, what you paid for, the date, and the reason. We respond to every refund request within 3 working days.
