Agreement

By using nooraninetworks.com, hiring us, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

What we provide

Digital agency services: Meta Ads management, digital marketing, Shopify and e-commerce store development, website and app development, and real estate lead generation.
Education: structured programs through Noorani University of Emerging Technologies (NUET), including financial markets, e-commerce and digital marketing.

Financial markets — read this carefully

Everything we teach about Forex, crypto, stocks and any other market is EDUCATION. It is not financial advice, it is not investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

We are not a licensed broker, dealer, fund manager or investment advisor, and we are not regulated as one.
We do not manage anyone's money, and we will never ask you to send us funds to trade on your behalf. If somebody claims to do this in our name, they are not us.
Trading carries a real risk of losing your entire capital. Leveraged trading can lose you more than you deposited.
We do not guarantee profit. Nobody honestly can. Any figure, result or screenshot shown by us or by a student is a past result and is not a promise of what you will make.
Every trading decision you take is yours alone, and so is every outcome. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

Agency services

Scope, deliverables, timeline and price are agreed in writing before work begins. Anything outside that scope is a new quote.
You are responsible for giving us the access, assets, approvals and content we need. Delays on your side move the timeline.
Third-party costs — ad spend paid to Meta, Shopify subscriptions, domains, hosting, paid plugins and themes — are yours and are separate from our fee.
Advertising results depend on your market, offer, budget and product. We commit to the work and the method, not to a specific number of sales.

Education programs

Your access is for you alone. Do not share your login, and do not record, redistribute or resell our material.
Sharing paid course content ends your access with no refund.
Batch dates, mentors and schedules can shift. We will tell you if they do.
A certificate is issued on completion. It certifies that you completed our program — nothing more.

Payment

Prices are shown in PKR unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time. The price you were quoted and agreed to is the one that applies to you.
Agency work begins once the agreed advance clears.
Unpaid invoices may pause work and suspend access.

Our work belongs to you — once it is paid for

On full payment, the final deliverables we build for you (your website, your store, your ad creatives) are yours.

Our own systems, templates, internal tooling and course material remain ours. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site or our services for anything illegal, fraudulent or abusive.
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer this site or our admin systems.
Do not impersonate Noorani Networks or NUET, or claim to represent us when you do not.

Limits of our liability

We provide our services in good faith and to a professional standard, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost trading capital, lost business opportunity, or losses caused by a third-party platform (Meta, Google, Shopify, an exchange or a broker) failing, banning or changing its rules.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service in question.

Ending the agreement

Either side can end an engagement in writing. Work delivered up to that point is payable. See our Refund Policy for what happens to money already paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute falls to the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
